By working with a Lionheart Participating Agent, when selling or purchasing a home, the Participating Agent gives back 25% of their commissions. 20% goes directly back to the Lionheart. 5% goes to the Foundation as a donation.
We also have Participating Lenders, and Home Inspectors who partner with us and give back in ways they can.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Lionheart Gift Program, clients must meet the following criteria:
All those Retired, Active or Survivors of the United States, residing in the State of Utah:
• Military
• Law Enforcement
• Firefighter
• 911 Dispatchers
• Registered Nurses

5 % goes back to the Lionheart Gift Foundation (non-profit) to help other LIONHEARTS in need.
