The "give back"
Whenever there is a Lionheart in need, they can request assistance by applying through the Foundation and explaining the need. The Foundation will assess the need and help anyway we can.
For example: If a Lionheart experiences their water heater goes out and they don't have the funds to pay for a replacement. The Foundation may be able to assist with those funds or find other means for assistance.
In 2020, we assisted a 911 Dispatcher who's condo flooded by replacing most of the belongings that was destroyed by the flood.
In 2023 we assisted a West Jordan Firefighter & Registered Nurse in remediating flood issues in his basement, with the support of our local flooring vendor, we were able to provide new flooring as well.
In 2024 we assisted Draper City Firefighter in repairs to his vehicle after an accident.
In 2024 we donated to Salt Lake City Fire Department Winter Coat Drive.
In 2024 we sent a South Salt Lake Widow to Washington D.C. in remembrance of her late husband who was killed in the line of Duty
In 2024 we donated to the cancer fund for Salt Lake City Fire Department
In 2024 we donated to the Salt Lake Honor Guard
In 2024 we assisted 4th District Veterans Court to help vets get back on their feet.
We've given full ride scholarships to firefighter recruits going through fire academy with continued efforts.

A Lionheart is: Retired, Active or Survivor of the United States, residing in the State of Utah:
